Suggest Remedy To Ease Chronic Costochondritis Symptoms

i have on going chest problems, i am been told i have got chronic costochondritis, i fill really stiff in the morning with bad lower back pain i am 26 but i fill like 66 , my doctor will not refer me to a specialist i fill like not going back my doctors and just suffering
