Suggest Remedy To Cure Genital Warts

I have been diagnosed, somehow, with genital warts / herpes. At first, I though I caught it early, as there were 3-4 warts. However, shortly after diagnosis, I was posted to a non-native country, and I have very little access to healthcare, and will not for some time it seems. There is also a huge language barrier. I will most likely not be able to book in and receive thue 'surgical' remedy (laser, freezing, etc) and the warts are multiplying quite quickly. Theres probably 10 or so now in a 3-4 month period since I first noticed them. My most likely recourse is to order something like "Wartol" online and try to get it delivered. However, I never believe anything from an advert which claims "100% satisfaction or refund in full!" but I am being pushed towards it. Is there a guaranteed cream/topical application, oral remedy or anything like that? I cannot stand having these things on me, and I have no idea where they came from, and, my wife is none too pleased either. I now she might be a "non-demonstrating carrier" of the virus, but, for now, I am the only one looking and feeling "unclean" as a result... Please please can you help before even more come along...? Thank you greatly...

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Genital Warts are amenable to treatment with topical's like Podophylotoxin which is available as a resin in 20% concentration; another topical alternative is an Immunomodulatory drug such as Imiquimod.
However, both of these are prescription drugs and you would need a doctor's prescription.
Surgical treatment modalities which are commonly used are either Co 2 Laser Or radiofrequency cautery Or electrocautery.
You may visit a nearest medical facility and inquire about available treatment options.
Alternatively you may just wait till you have a better access, if that is not too long a period.
Warts would not have any negative impact as such even if they are to be left as it is, for some duration because of unavoidable circumstances.
Of course they can increase in number and size if left untreated.
