Suggest Remedy Itchy Rashes On The Buttocks

hello i have obtained a rash at the top of both my buttock cheeks on both side at the base of spine they are i the form of circular lines and if i scratch it they bleed, i have been putting ointment on it but it is not receeding at not itching now.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some local skin lesion mainly of fungal infection.
Apply triple action cream on affected area.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Wear cotton inner wears.
Ok and take care.
