Suggest Remedy For White Spots On The Butt Cheeks
I have white spots on my side butt an wanna remove it back to my normal smooth skin compilation. I heard its called lota.. is their anything I can buy or any type of fruit mixture I can use to get rid of it. Basically it look like its a dark mark from the sun with white spots.

Hi,
It may be leucoderma..following some disease or trauma. If idiopathic,it may be vitiligo. You consult dermatologist for the firm diagnosis.
I would suggest...
- tacrolimus ointment 0.1 % to apply on the spots twice a day
- trioxsalen 25mg tab once a day in the morning
- levamisole 50mg tab daily at night
Kindly continue treatment for the long time to get result under observation of doctor.
