General & Family Physician 's  Response
I warmly Welcome you!

Thanks for consulting me at virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

There are 2 concerns to be addressed here. Both are very important. 1. You have Gastroesophageal Reflux disease. It continuously irritates the throat and makes the uvula swollen irritated inflammed. Same is the case with structures related to wind pipe(the Epiglottis and the larynx). It poses no risk at a basal breathing rate. But when there is more need of air (Oxygen) as during physical activity, your swollen and inflammed parts in throat hinders the normal flow of air.
Remedy:-
Omeprazole40mg twice daily 30 min before meals per oral.
Go and get a script from your physician for H. Pylori infection. If positive, ask your physician for tipple antibiotic regimen to kill H. Pylori, which is the culprit, producing excess acids in stomach.

2. You have got exercise induced asthma as shown by wheezing during exercise. It is also aggravated by Gastroesophageal Reflux disease.
Take Claritin per oral before exercise. It will make you symptom free and you can enjoy your life comfortably.

If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile. You can also attach Lab reports and pictures with direct question.
