Suggest Remedy For Weakness And Stress When On Szetalo Plus

Hello i am of 23 yrs old. I am having lot of work stress through i was not able to sleep since last 45 days so i went to a doctor he gave me SZETALO PLUS tablets and said that through is i can sleep but last night i took 10tablets at a time..and now i cant walk i can feel weekness i can't hold a glass..suggest me what should i do i think i'l be dead in some time...please help me out???

Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Szetalo Plus is Escitalopram and Clonazepam combination and the combination is used commonly in depression and anxiety disorders. Clonazepam is the drug helps in sleep and the drug is safe to use. Taking high doses at once can cause toxicity and may result in serotonin syndrome. You have taken very high doses (10 tablets) and this has caused the symptoms like significant weakness, inability to hold a glass and may prove lethal. I would advise you to report to an Emergency Room immediately for proper treatment. Don't wait for symptoms to pass by own and visit a doctor as soon as you can. Very high doses can be life threatening.
