Pulmonologist 's  Response
Inmy opinion you are suffering from united airway disease. This is new terminology used for allergy in upper and lower respiratory tract infection. You should consult pulmonologist for this and get done atleast chest x ray to rule out any lung infection, PFT to rule out bronchitis. The best treatment for allergy is avoidance of allergen. You canalso start nasal sprays of fluticasone and azalastine. This is first line treatment for allergic rhinitis. You can also take montelukast and levocetrizine combination. Montelukast is leukotriene receptor blocker and thus it will prevent allergic reaction. And levocetrizine being an antihistaminic take care of congestion.
