Suggest Remedy For Urinary Incontinence

Hello, I am 34 & have been experiencing urinary incontinence ever since I had my child, 2.5 yrs ago. I have leaking/dribbling throughout the day, but it increases if I squat, cough, laugh, or sneeze. I really hoped I wouldn t be dealing with such issues so early in life. Is there any way to strengthen my muscles other than kegels and pelvic floor exercises, because I ve been doing those forever? Or any idea of the cause? Any suggestions as to a remedy?

Dear- thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will help you with my advise.First of all, you might have a low bladder or bladder prolapse, which causes urinary incontinence and leaking. It is more common in patients with multiples pregnancies but can happen with one too. I recommend you to see an urologist, it depends of the level of prolapse, you might be a candidate for surgical repair.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
