Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to long time hearing of loud sounds there have been "Acoustic Trauma" to the inner ear leading to ringing in the ear also known as Tinnitus..
You should consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
He can advise you to take steroids and also protect your ears from high decibel sounds by putting ear plugs..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
