After going through your question, I can understand your concern.
I would like to advise you to go to hospital immediately as there might be significant new nerve or cord compression (initially you had upper limb symptoms but currently you are not able to move out of bed it means there is involvement of lower limb) which can become permanent, if not taken care at right time.
There is a need for -
1) Detailed clinical examination to determine site of lesion and
nerve root involved.
2)
MRI of spine involved
3) Intravenous pain killers with high dose
steroids may be required for immediate pain relief and to decrease swelling over cord and verve roots.
4) There may be need for traction.
5) Depending upon MRI findings, your age, clinical evaluation need for surgical decompression can be evaluated.
