spitting up blood there is always blood in noise but not a noise bleed twiching in right eye on the outter upper part stomach pains and when i pee or poop and push with my stomatch i feel a elsticky strech and i always need to cough and clear my throat do you know what this could be

Post nasal drip can cause - the need to clear the throat, coughing and blood on coughing.
This is most commonly due to allergies and is treated by avoiding the allergen if it is known and topical steroid nasal sprays eg flonase, nasocort, nasonex.
Urination and bowel movements are associated with increased abdominal pressure but if the pain is persistent or severe then you should be assessed.
