Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through the history you have posted.
It seems from the history that you are having throat pain and swollen glands. The swollen glands are because of enlargement of the lymph nodes. Throat pain is because of pharyngitis or laryngitis. Since the lymph nodes are enlarged this is probably infective in nature.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.

Do consult your doctor for further examination and prescription of drugs.
