Suggest Remedy For Throat Infection, Headache, Cold And Fever
Hello. I have had a temperature that started at 99.2 and over last twenty four hours is hanging out at 100.8. Have some throat irritation but no trouble swallowing no shortness of breath no dyspnea. Periodically I have a cough with little to no phlegm. Also have a headache. Body aches as well. Thought acute bronchitis and it sounds like they don t treat it unless I have more phlegm that is thicker. Just seeking opinion thank you email YYYY@YYYY
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have throat infection, headache, cold and fever which seems to be due to viral infection to your body. It could be due to upper respiratory tract infection as well. I would suggest you to start with anti-inflammatory medication such as Levocetrizine. You should take Tylenol for fever as well. Do tepid sponging if fever is increasing. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and get blood tests done. Start treatment after proper prescription and diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antiviral/ antibacterial medications. Avoid cold liquid's. Sip on warm water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
