Suggest Remedy For Throat And Mouth Dryness

I felt yesterday night that my mouth and throat became so dry that I felt like chocking, which made me to get up immediately, also I slept at 12 am then got up in between 2 am and 4 am. I am sleep apnea patient and using CPAP every night from last more than 6 years. I also take one dry Amla fruit in the morning, started just a week back and also feeling dry mouth after eating this dry Amla. Kindly suggest what not to be done to avoid such situations again.

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The dryness in the mouth can be secondary to stone in the salivary gland duct. The dryness during night time is common because during night time or sleep there won't be any stimulus for the salivary glands to produce saliva. So consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use artificial salivary substitutes like carboxy methyl cellulose. Keep sipping water.
I hope I have answered your query. Take care
