Suggest Remedy For Thread Worms With Painful Stomach And Nausea

I have had threadworms before, I noticed them 4/5 days ago and took Ovex. I have noticed some died but there are still live ones, but not as many as there was originally. How long will it take to work? Is this normal for there still to be live ones? I also keep getting very painful stomach pain and extreme nausea, is this normal too?
