Suggest Remedy For Tenderness And Hard Bump On The Temple
yesterday I noticed tenderness and a hard lump above my r temple. I have not bumped my head. It is not red and there is no bruising or signs of an insect bite. It hurts when I smile or laugh. It feels as hard as the rest of my skull and cannot be compressed. ???

It could be a cyst, acne, etc. I would recommend you not to try and pop it and get it examined by a doctor. Either antibiotic coverage or a minor outpatient procedure called incision and drainage may be required; but these are only assumptions which I can make as I have not examined the region myself.
