Suggest Remedy For Swollen Wrist Post A Sprain
I think i sprained my wrist last night. it s quite swollen. I tripped and tried to stop my fall by putting my hand out and I fell on my hand. Should I go to an Immediate Care facility first thing in the morning? I ve bee icing it and taking Advil.
