General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it could be callous formation secondary to contact with your shoes, especially if it's too tight or the size is not right for your foot. fibroma, tendon cysts, arthritic and gouty lesions must also be ruled-out. a consult with your doctor is best for physical examination and clinical evaluation. management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
