Suggest Remedy For Swollen Feet, High BP And Protein In Urine

Hi, I am of 49 yrs old and observed edema on feet, legs & left hand three months back. when checked by physician my B.P. was 210/110. The B.P. is controlled by medicine at 130/80 and swelling is also reduced from hand and upper part of legs still persist on feet. Protien in 24 hrs urine is >2gm. Pl advice.

Hi and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
You do have high B.P.with proteinuria(high protein loss in urine).
Avoid taking table salt and fried foods.Drink about 8-10 glasses fluids daily.
You need to get a check-up by a specialist and do the following tests :
1. Urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,platelets,lipid profile and uric acid.
3. Ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine.
According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given.
