Suggest Remedy For Swollen Adenoids

My son is 29 years ole and has been suffering for 4 years from what we believe are his enlarged adenoids. An E Dnt. doctor told him his adenoids were so badly swollen he needed surgery. When he returned for a second visit,his doctor told him his adenoids were less swollen and didn't think surgery would help. He suggested he take a saline nasal spray,but he is still suffering very bad! Do you have any suggestions on this,or should we just demand the surgery,as this has disrupted his life immensly. thank you for any help you could suggest to us.

Do a nasal endoscopy where you can visualise the size of the adenoids with your naked eyes.
Do it 3 times. once before you take any medication. once after taking antibiotic and Nadal drop. and lastly 2 weeks after the medication.
if size regains in 2 weeks, go with surgery
