It might reveal proctitis / fissures/ piles ....

According to cause treatment given ...

In general meanwhile try to avoid straining at stool....
Excess spicy food avoided...
More water ....
Ibuprofen taken for inflammation relief...
Hot water sitz bath useful....
Avoid constipation by taking stool softener....
Avoid anal sex if practising ...
