Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Eyes & Lips

Over the past two weeks, I have experienced swelling of my lips and membranes (four or five times, one area after the other) and yesterday my right eye was swollen, this morning it s my left eye. Also have had itching raised flat welts on my torso and arms ... comes and goes. Hives? I thought perhaps it was insect bites, but there is no evidence of that, and the tingling and subsequent swelling of the lips and eyes just comes on out of nowhere. I have not changed my soap or laundry detergent, no new medications, and no new foods. Any ideas what could be going on? I am a 62 yr old woman in good health, with no known allergies.
