Someone threw something at my face and there ended up being a goose egg on my forehead right above my eye brow , this all happened last night and now I woke up this morning and both my eyes are very swollen . Does this mean something bad ? And how long will the swelling last ?

Hello,

Sorry to know about the injury. Forehead injury can cause spectacle hematoma. It is kind of bruise in which a tiny vessel bleeds internally below the skin but collects in the loose areolar tissue in the orbits causing swelling of both the eyes. It should disappear gradually over the next 10-15 days. It might change in color from red to purple to green before it disappears completely.

Regards
