Suggest Remedy For Sudden Sweating, Pressure And Burning Below Breast Area

I have been having like start with a sweat then pressure& burning right below breast area. i get real sick vomiting.and the pain gets really bad. after i get sick and take zantac. laydown for abit get sick again and pain in my upper back left arm. and then it goes away til the next time. it happens at least 2 xs a week. had my gallbladder out last year and still having same problem. i take up to 4 zantac a day sometimes. it just comes on at anytime doesnt matter where im at.
