Suggest Remedy For Sudden Dizziness And Arm Pain

When I working I feel fine but when the day goes on I start geting light headed!! And Off belice. And when I get home it seems to get worse but if I take a nap I wake up feeling better and some times i get a pain in my arm!! I ve been to the er about 5 time and they hock my up to EKG and tell me that my heart is fine!! And ask if I have panic attack

We need the following tests
1. X Ray Cervical Spine AP and Lateral
2. MRI Cervical Spine
3. Nerve Conduction Studies of Upper Limbs
to Proceed
