Suggest Remedy For Stuffy Nose With Chest Pain

Hello I have a problem ... I only have a stuffy nose at night and in the morning. When I sit up in the morning my nose clears up. I have yellow mucus when I firt blow in the morning but then its clear through out the day. My post nasal drip is terrible makes me have chest congestion. Can someone help me figure out whats going on. I dont think I have a sinus infection. I have sinus headaches and pressure from time to time but not everyday.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
From the history you could be having chronic rhinosinusitis, in which a stuffy nose and post nasal drip is a feature.I would advice you to consult your ent for examination of your nose.Mean while you can take decongestant nasal drops(7 days). You might also need a couse of antibiotics depending on your doctors advice
