Suggest Remedy For Stomach Upset And Urinary Infection
Hello,
my father was treated with borehave's syndrom.
it's been one year since he is out of danger.
But due to full of medications his health was not alright now.
He frequently has stomach upset and some times urinary infection.
Added to it .. he is having long term problem of alcer and gastric problem.
What medications you people suggest.

your query being appreciated, or the infection antibiotic can be tried but the thing is infection should be confirmed else in case of unconfirmed infection antibiotic needs to be avoided but only pain medicine can be tried and Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried it will covers all the colicky pains, now for the ulcer and gastric problem, you have specifically mentioned what type of ulcer he is having and what gastric problem he is having, just to say problem does not creates any sense, anyway I could guess that it could be acid peptic disease and for that I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day and it has to be taken for six weeks hope this information helps.
