Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain

At midnight I started to get severe stomach pains lower right followed by vomiting which has lasted 9 hours. Some blood has now started to come up with the vomit. This is a reoccuring problem. What should I do now? I've visited the doctor several times. Should I seek an on call doctor now or A&E?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Recurrent problem of severe pain in lower right abdomen followed by vomiting and blood in vomit indicate that thee is a problem with intestines as well as stomach or lower esophagus and both of these symptoms need different investigations.
Upper GI Endoscopy for the blood in the vomitus and further management as per the findings.
CT scan of the abdomen as you have repeated pain in the right side of lower abdomen and colonoscopy along with the tests of blood, stool and urine.
All these along with a clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon will the correct diagnosis and proper management.
