Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain With Watery Stools
Im having a stomach ache ranging 9/10 and having a watery poop. Its been 8 times already since i went to a restroom. My poop is just yellowish water. What should i do? My stomach ache just happened last tues but its just yesterday that it went worse until now. Im just drinking water.

From history it seems that you might be having severe gastro-intestinal infection giving rise pain and loose motions.
Take anti-spasmodic medicine like Meftal spas or cyclopam for pain.
Take medicine like ofloxacilin, metronidazole ro control loose motions.
Take plenty of water ans ORS liquid.
