Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain With Loss Of Appetite

My stomach has hurt for three days now. I threw up yesturday. Now i have bad constipation. I have alot of gas, but i cant go. Ive tried home remedies. I have not been hungry much, but ive eaten some food. My stomach and chest ache and feel tight. I feel bloated and sometimes light headed. What do I need to do?

I understan your problem. you have chronic constipation problem it cause loss of appetites, stomach bloting and headache also.

Lack of gastric motility cause constipation problem .
Less fluid and high fiber diet may cause constipation problem.
In irritable bowel syndrom most commonly cause constipation problem.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
For constipation problem you have to modify your diet like. ...

Drink more water.
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower etc. .

Take high fiber diet like whole grains, beans etc
Do regular exercise more than 30 minutes.
Eat fresh fruits like kiwi, peaches. ..
Warm water drinking every morning helpful.

Bulk forming agent like psyllium help in constipation.
Stool softner can use for constipation .
