Suggest Remedy For Stomach Acidity And GERD

History: 29yr old female have been dealing with excessive stomach acid my whole life diagnosed w GERD 10 yrs ago have had anorexia and bulimia for 19 yrs now...used to having spouts of having no issues with stomach acid to feeling like I need to take something everyday however this past month I ve been having issues that I m not used to, I m used to convincing myself or not feeling hungry but this past month it s like my appetite is non existent I can honestly go all day with out eating and not even b bothered with wanting to eat, even when I decide to eat a couple of bites or drink fluid it hurts my stomach and just sits behind my ribs produces excess stomach acid which either makes me sick or takes hours to shift down with a lot of burping. I also feel as though I m walking around with a corset on like the organs behind my ribs are swollen and pushing against my ribs(sometimes even feels as though I feel an organ shift around a rib, also feel as though there s not enough space for my lungs to expand) i constantly feel the need lately wether I m standing or sitting to hold my stomach or ribs to try and alleviate this discomfort...all connected and what could it be?

At this point , the most probable cause of your stomach acid reflux is the hiatal hernia. This is a condition in which a portion of your stomach goes up into the thorax, due to dilated diaphragmatic hiatus . Thats why your symptoms get worse
when you eat or when you lie down , and also you feel full eventhough eating small portions.
So first ,you should keep eating small portions .
Second , you should not lie down imediately after eating.
Third , you should sleep on a half lie down position , in way your chest may be at 30 ° to the other part of the body.
Fourth, there may be usefull to use some medications which narrow the ezofageal diafragmatic hiatus , such as domperidon +PPI (omeprasol, peptazole,esomeprazole...)
