Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your 21/2 years old baby sustained injury to the head and following it baby is having squint. This requires evaluation to rule out paralytic squint.
Hence you need to consult ophthalmologist for confirmation of diagnosis and your paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
