Suggest Remedy For Spotting Problems

Hi Doctor my age is 25 and i m married for the past 2.5yrs.I became pregnant 3 mnths from our marriage..but i had spotting problems..had mild bleeding and spotting, and they discovered it to be sub chorionic hemmorhage.we planned for a d&c(due to inlaws pressure),at 11th week of pregnancy..i became pregnant 10mnths later but had the same spotting problem. In the initial(5-6weeks) scan there was no fetal pole seen with irregular sac margin.later babies herat beat was felt ,growth was good and all went fine till 12th week.in the next scan(12weeks)the baby had and extended urinary bladder/a cyst in its stomach..i had profused bleeding(but uterus mouth was closed)so the doctors went for a d&c(by suction)..since then i had my complete blood work ,chromosomes test,3d scan and all is perfectly normal...i had all my tests done in the USA.now i m in india..we have planned to get pregnant..wat is the next step i should follow...thanks in advance..

Hi,
It is very unfortunate that you had to suffer pregnancy losses twice. In the current scenario, since you wish to conceive again, please consult a specialist in high risk pregnancy to plan further management. If your husband's genetic analysis was not done previously, please ask if it is needed in your case. You may start taking folates and zinc supplements. This will help in healthy outcome. Since you had the spotting problems at almost the same period in your pregnancies, hormone imbalances also must be considered and supplements may be given. Hope this helps.
