welcome to Health care magic.
1.If it is confirmed that the issue is with placenta then you can expect the spotting.
2.However you are in your last few weeks to deliver - so keep watching the baby movements any increase and decrease in the baby movements should bring in to the notice ( only you will able to know it)
3.Apart from that a regular followup scans as scheduled should be done for fetal well being.
4.Hope it helps you.

Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
