Suggest Remedy For Spasms In Shoulder With Sinus Headaches
Hi I have a spams like feeling in my front left shoulder, I can really feel it when I tense up, and I have also been having some sinus headaches along with tired legs. My oxygen levels have been fine I was wanting to know what was causing the tension in my front left shoulder is is muscle related or is it something that s connect with my heart?
Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your attending doctor for a careful physical check up and some tests:
- complete blood count - PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation - a sinus X ray study - a sinus discharge bacterial culture (if you have nose discharge during this period) - a cervical spine X ray study to examine for possible chronic degenerations of the cervical column that may lead to irradiating shoulder pain.
Meanwhile, I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and performing some light physical activity for the shoulder pain (it will help relieve muscular spasms).
Hope to have been helpful!
Greetings, Dr. Aida

Suggest Remedy For Spasms In Shoulder With Sinus Headaches
Hello! Welcome on HCM! Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a musculo-skeletal pain. The headaches don t seem to be related to the shoulder pain. Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your attending doctor for a careful physical check up and some tests: - complete blood count - PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation - a sinus X ray study - a sinus discharge bacterial culture (if you have nose discharge during this period) - a cervical spine X ray study to examine for possible chronic degenerations of the cervical column that may lead to irradiating shoulder pain.
