Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Back And Knee

After laying or sitting down for a long period of time, my knees would pop and crack when I squat. Also when I stand straight up and inhale deeply, my back would crack. It also crack when I lean side ways or forward. My body later feels sore and my back just feel like it need someone heavy to step on it. What causes these things especially if I m athletic and stay in shape? I play football, basketball, and run track. I never got a injury and I m only 15 so I doubt that its because of aging.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
i want to assure you that cracking sound which you are having is quite normal and it is because of joint movements. it is not suggestive of any joint problem at all.
Other problem which you have mentioned is muscle soreness and this is because of fatigue and low protein and vitamin B 12 in your diet.
Whenever you go to play do proper warmup and same thing follow once you come back. Take salty lemonade and fruit juice in between break and increase protein in your diet. Tablet Methylcobal and carnisure are good for muscle soreness.
