Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Lump In Ankle Due To Injury

I bumped my ankle and got an awful bruise on 07-19-2014, it has been sore since then and today I notice that there was a lump under my skin. It s the exact area where the bruise was and it is still sensitive and painful to the touch. The lump is about the size of a half dollar, should I be concerned?

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
After going through your query I came to know that you got injury ankle nearly 2 months back. Now you have lump under skin still sensitive and painful to the touch. As far as lump is concerned it is likely to be organized hematoma which will automatically resolved after sometimes .ONLY concern should be that you should get x-ray to exclude fracture. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
