Hello dear, After going through your history, I believe you have some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.
Looks like you have oral thrush. This condition is very painful and the pain worsen with swallowing.
First you need to have some improvement in symptoms. For that you should have BENZOCAIN lozenges 4 per day, which will bring down the pain. With that some alalgesics like diclofenac will help you. For the thrush, you can use CANDID MOUTH PAINT locally 4 times a day after food. With that the oral hygiene has to be maintained.
After the symptom improves, you should visit one ENT specialist to look for the cause of the Oral thrush, which should not be missed at any cost.
I hope I could solve your query. Please do not hesitate to clarify more doubts for the same situation.
Thank you for the way you are in my life. Dr Ipsit Panda
