Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat, Headache And Dizziness

I have had a sore throat,headache,dizzy ness,randomly falling asleep, and having my chest tighten up I went the ER but they told me to go to my regular doctor if it gets worse or still occurs... It s been 2 days since I went the ER an it got worse when I was there should I go to my regular doctor now or wait a couple days?

Thank You for contacting HCM.

Are you taking any medication or sore throat? If i were you treating doctor then i would give:
> Amoxicilin/clavulanic acid 625mg thrice a day for 7 days
> Acetaminophen for pain & fever
> Besides that take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.
> Levocetirizine one at night for 5 days.

AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Drinks
> Spicy food

Above mentioned medicine are prescription only drugs so you will be needing to visit hospital to get one.
