Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat And Persistent Cough
Hi, I m 27yrs old lady. 5ft inch of height I have been coughing for about 3-4 weeks.I attend to doctor what he gave me was menthodex cough syrup and clarithromycin but yet nothing has change. And soar throat problem for a prolong period of time.If my question is consider I will be very greatfull.

Dry cough with sore throat points to diagnosis of pharyngitis.Post pharyngitis cough usually responds to antibiotics,cough suppresants like dextromethorphan(Delsym cough syrup). Along with cough syrup.add warm salt water gargles,avoid smoking/alcohol(if any),drink plenty of fluids. If no relief within a week advice consultation with you doctor.
