Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat And Nausea

Yesterday I ate a burger that had something that cut deep inside my throat. I got very nauseous when it happened and started puking. In the puke there was a bit of blood. Today, I woke up with an irritated sore feeling throat. Also a cough that won t go away. I ate mashed potatoes for lunch and been drinking water. Now I ve had some nausea and don t feel so good in general.

Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

I would suggest you to do following things:
> Take Diphenhydramine + Dextromethorphan for cough
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles
(mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.

AVOID:
