Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat And Ear Pain

i have sore throat and swallowing is painful in addition i have a slight temperature and strong pain in my ears. im in my early twenties of a healthy weight and have no medical issues. what home remidies can you reccomend and/or is it necessary to visit a physician?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from throat infection also known as Pharyngitis along with infection in ears that seems secondary to throat infection as there is a direct communication between throat and ears via Eustachian tube.
Fever is also secondary to infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and a throat swab culure can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly.
He can advise you to take antibiotics like Azithromucin or Levofloxacin, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations..
Put antibiotic and steroid ear drops..
You can take Tylenol to reduce fever..
Chew Vitamin C pellets to boost immunity..
Suck throat lozenges..
Sip on plenty of warm water throughout the day..
Avoid spicy, chilled and hard foods..
