My left nostril is always sore and seems as though it bends to one side. On the inside of the nostril its seems to be stuck onto the soft bone and it hurt a lot. To look inside my nostril is a bit of a struggle because it is so sensitive, but you do see a lot of redness. I often find it harder to breathe through the affected nostril.
