Suggest Remedy For Sore Back After A Fall

I have had two back surgeries, the last one was a 2 level fusion, donor bone to fuse S-1 and flexible rods to stabilize both L-5and S-1. My question is, I fell this morning on the stairs, just slipped and landed hard on my back. I feel very sore, it feels like I have been hit hard in the back. I can move ok. No sharp pain anywhere, but very sore when I move. I have been taking Advil every 4 hrs. Should I see a doctor and have my back evaluated to make sure there is no damage to the fusion? The surgery was 5 yrs. ago. Thank you for answering my question.

Fusion is unlikely to have any damage. You can continue to take anvil for pain relief.However to be sure you can get your x ray of lumbar spine. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.
