Suggest Remedy For Small Penis And Premature Ejaculation

Problem: Actually my pennies is very small in normal condition (2-3inch). I did sex with a girl. That was really very bad experience for me. I can’t hold my orgasm more then 2-3min. She said me I ‘ve problem. So I met doctor last year in Bangladesh name Prof. Lt. Col(retd) Dr. Q.M. mahabub ullah. Sex specialist. He gave me some test expensive test about hormone. After test report he showed me that my testosterone hormone is less in my age(may be 4.5) He gave me hormone injection and some tab about sex related. When I was continued that medicine I feel my pennies is all time hot. But after finish 3 month course the situation was same. So I went his chamber again he gave me same medicine and told me that I need to continue that upto 6 to 7 months. Then I continued again 3 months and I gave a gap for few days, the situation was same. So I did not continue his medicine.
Now sir do u have any solution or suggestion about this matter. Sometime I feel really upset why I doing all this thing and want to kill myself. For your information I am spending cadet life in merchant marine ship. I can’t share this matter anybody. Can you help me pls………..
