Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear Anita,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
I understand your concern. I am Dr Alok Sinha, MD Psychiatry from India. I will try to help you with best of my effort.

Whatever symptoms you told here, signifies that apparently your daughter is having excessive anxiety. As you told she is in BSc final year and going to appear in final exams during next few weeks. Definitely it causes anxiety in each student. Worrying about the performance is the main reason which produces anxiety, inner restlessness, inability to relax, weakness, poor appetite, disturbed and delayed sleep etc. In your daughters case it is much more than normal. Apparently her sleep cycle is also altered and she is getting sleep at morning hours. All her symptoms can be treated well with few medicines and psychotherapy.
I strongly advise you to show your daughter to a psychiatrist in your locality who may assess her well for her anxiety problems and prescribe necessary medicines if required.
Hope this answers your query. I wish her all the best.
