Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorders With Excess Hunger

Hi, I'm a 19 year old female. I'm always hungry and can't sleep at night. I've when to a doctor about my sleeping problem and she gave Trazodone to take at bedtime. It's not really working, and on the side I've been eating about. I'm not fat. I'm 5'7 and 110lbs. I would say that pretty healthy..But I eat more then anyone in my house and if i don't eat I get sick.. What's wrong with me?

Hi.

I understand your concern.

I had gone through your query and it seems like mild anxiety depression. Sleep problem may indicate underlying psychological disturbances.

Trazadone is very helpful and had dual role in sleep problem and depression.

It ccan be treated with medicine like combination of SSRI and benzodiazapine. In SSRI sertraline / escitalopram can help.
Sedative like clonazepam and lorazepam can be useful in insomnia.

Consult psychiatrist and get help.
