Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorder

Hi...I am a 50 year old women and my body temperature has always fluctuated between 96.5 and 97.4.I was wondering if this is normal. It is common in our family for people to have illnesses with no fever that normally produce a high fever.I have never been very energetic and have always been a light sleeper. In the last couple of years I awake during the night and have difficulty falling back to sleep. Is there something that can help me ?

Hi....

Welcome to healthcare magic.

According to your complain you have problem of awake at night time.

Any tensions or anxiety cause sudden disturbance of sleep.
I will suggest you to avoid more use of mobile and tv before sleeping .

Do a relaxation excercise like listening music or reading etc...

Avoid heavy meal at night time.
Fix your sleeping and wake up time.
Avoid stress...

Do a yoga and meditation at morning this help a lot.
Avoid day time sleeping.

Don't take tea or coffee at night time.
Take warm milk at night time.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent psychiatrist for further treatment.

I hope my guidance helpful to you..
Take care.
Thank you.

Dr Rachana.
