Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorder & Gas Trouble
Dear Sir
I am suffering from Gas trouble and acidity after typhoid medication. Not getting sleep during nights. My age is 45 (female) and I am diabetic and have thyroid problem. Taking insulin 9-7 and sugar is under control. Weight is 60 kgs. height 157 cms
Consulted gastroentrologits twice. All tests endoscopy, Scan and blood tests are ok. Dr. advised me to take Rabium Dsr 1-0-1 before food and Normaxin 1-1-1 after meals for one moth. Now I am taking these medicines since last 3 months. During one week I got good sleep. Again the same problem started. Now no acidity problem. Problem is of Gas and it is disturbing my sleep. For getting sleep i am taking Etisolam 0.5 . Please inform any permanent solution ?

Your query being appreciated, abdomen infection could be the reason for formation of flatus, with the history of hyperacidity it is the visa-versa condition and in my opinion both can be managed altogether, for hyperacidity, PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) like Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone can be tried with Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg with Tinidazole twice in day for three days, diabetes need to be managed on tight rule basis else uncontrolled plasma blood sugar level could cause the infection more disturbing may lengthen the clinical condition hope this information helps
