Suggest Remedy For Sinus Congestion

Hi. I have had this what appears to be an ongoing sinus congestion infection for more than month now. First sign was late August. I began to take some sinus med & nasal rinses. it seemed It was all better. But I was on vacation (Bahamas) sept 8-16 and while I was in the water park & beaches it suddenly overtook me. I have not recovered since. It has been a constant heavy congestion, pressure and cough, including canker sores and fever blisters. I ve been on different antibiotics, cough syrups and still don t see signs of improvement.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you are being re exposed to allergens. You may want to consider allergy testing to determine what is provoking your reactions, if your exposure to these can be reduced or eliminated then it would help your symptoms.

The main treatment of allergic rhinosinusitis (nasal passages and sinuses) are : avoidance of allergens if possible, topical steroid nasal sprays, oral antihistamines, decongestants if needed.

I hope this helps
